Refund/Return
I want to raise a return request
Surely, you can raise a return request for eligible products. The product must be in the original condition as supplied, with original box, invoice, tag, etc., completely intact. Fragile items are not eligible. Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy or you may write us at info@varyra.com
Can I request an exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For further details please refer to Refund/Return Policy.
How will I get refund?
Upon receipt and approval of the eligible product in its original condition as supplied, refund will be processed under the same payment method used while ordering. Cash on delivery refunds will only be processed after receiving the bank account details. Refunds might take 5-7 days to reflect in your respective payment medium, depending on bank.
